To kick-off the event, I have a month-long giveaway planned. I haven't decided what to give away yet, so if you have any ideas/wishes, feel free to leave a comment. This is an indie month, so I was looking to give away indie/self-published stuff, but I might be persuaded to load someone up with an armful of ARCs. The international prize will most likely be a book from The Book Depository.
To be entered into the grand prize giveaway, all you have to do is comment on any of the Indie Takeover posts or post a link to one of your indie/self-published reviews in the linky below.

Hi
I'm looking forward to get to know more indie authors.
Thanks!

I kind of forgot about it so forgot to tell you!
This sounds like so much fun, Nikki. Wonderful event you've put together. I'm looking forward to reading more of your reviews and interviews with indie authors. =D
I have a review up of Tower of Parlen Min by Matt Xell. He's indie. http://readerbenji.blogspot.com/2011/08/tower-of-parlen-min-blog-tour.html
I just stumbled upon this today! What a cool event! I'm currently a part of a 9 week Indie blog carnival with a bunch of self-pubbed authors. If you're interested in checking it out or joining in you can visit here:

Giveaways are fun, so long as they don't require a bunch of things that need to be done. But I agree, for the bigger ones it makes sense to put in more effort. :)
