Jennifer L. Armentrout's New Book Deal: CURSED

Jennifer L. Armentrout, the author of October's Half-Blood, just announced her new book deal with Spencer Hill Press! This one is entirely separate from her Covenant series and is scheduled for release in September of 2012.

Here's the freaking amazing cover and the synopsis for Cursed by Jennifer L. Armentrout:

Dying sucks--and high school senior Ember McWilliams knows firsthand. After a fatal car accident, her gifted little sister brought her back. Now anything Ember touches dies. And that, well, really blows.

Ember operates on a no-touch policy with all living things--including boys. When Hayden Cromwell shows up, quoting Oscar Wilde and claiming her curse is a gift, she thinks he’s a crazed cutie. But when he tells her he can help control it, she’s more than interested. There’s just one catch: Ember has to trust Hayden's adopted father, a man she's sure has sinister reasons for collecting children whose abilities even weird her out. However, she’s willing to do anything to hold her sister's hand again. And hell, she'd also like to be able to kiss Hayden. Who wouldn't?

But when Ember learns the accident that turned her into a freak may not've been an accident at all, she’s not sure who to trust. Someone wanted her dead, and the closer she gets to the truth, the closer she is to losing not only her heart, but her life. For real this time.

Make sure you add Cursed on Goodreads and click the link below to congratulate Jennifer on the news!

Oooooh, the synopsis sounds awesome! I will definitely be adding this one to my reading list too. I have actually not read anything by Jennifer. I guess I need to start. Oh and that cover is awesome. I love the font they used of the title! :D

ComaCalm - Definitely keep an eye out for it. Though you'll be keeping that eye open for a while, since it doesn't release until next Fall!

soulunsung - ME TOO

Meagan - YAY! It's my kind of book too. Plus, I sort of font whore, and this font is incredible.

Bere - Don't worry about not having read anything by Jennifer. Her debut has yet to release (Half Blood comes out in October) but you can download the prequel, Daimon, on the Spencer Hill website for free!

Looks great! Haven't yeat read any of Jennifer's books, but all the ones I've read about are on my list to get. Just bought Obsidian with some Christmas money too, and can't wait for it to get in so I can read it!
