In My Mailbox Vlog - (3/13/11)

In My Mailbox is a meme hosted by Kristi at The Story Siren. It is a list of any of the books you may have received in the past week from bookstores, libraries, authors/publishers, trades, etc.

Before I get into the books, I wanted to point out the contests I have going on right now:
The winner for The Chosen was Kaitlyn in Bookland - She was notified a while back and responded. I may not always post the names of winners (because of scheduled posts that need to go up) but I do always contact winners via email.

For Review:
Ada Legend of a Healer by R.A. McDonald

Via Netgalley:
The Vespertine by Saundra Mitchell
Those That Wake by Jesse Karp

Won (all from the awesome Brittany at Reading Nook):
For Keeps (ARC) by Natasha Friend
Fade to Blue (ARC) by Sean Beaudoin
Dust City (ARC) by Robert Paul Weston

Strange Angels by Lili St. Crow
Huntress (ARC) by Malinda Lo

I see you :)
Awesome vlog - great books. I loved The Knife of Never Letting Go! Be prepared though - you'll want book 2 as soon as you finish it - such a cliff hanger!
Happy Reading!

I've heard so many amazing things about The Knife of Never Letting Go, and I can't wait to read it! I hope you enjoy it! :)

Okay, I'm very excited about the Mortal Instruments giveaway! I read all the books (that are out) but they were borrowed and I WANT! Cassie Clare is coming here too, but I don't think I'll be able to buy any other then the new one. Holly Black will be with her so I'll have to buy Red Glove. But I'm telling myself that's ALL I'm going to buy! I need to try to make it through the rest of March and all of April without buying books because I have SO MANY to read already!
I wish you luck on not buying books!

You got a bunch of awesome books, Nikki! I read your review for The Vespertine and it was fantastic. I can't wait to read that one. I also have Madapple but I just haven't gotten the chance to read it. I love the cover too. And I can't believe your going to have a Mortal Instruments giveaway! How exciting! I will definitely be on the lookout. I've been wanting to read this series since forever =D.
