In My Mailbox - (9/19/10)

In My Mailbox is a meme hosted by Kristi at The Story Siren. It is a list of any of the books you may have received in the past week from bookstores, libraries, authors/publishers, trades, etc.

After telling myself that I would not buy any books this week, I bought a bunch.
For Review:

Bought:
Winter's Bone by Daniel Woodrell
Zombies vs. Unicorns edited by Holly Black & Justine Larbalastier
Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro
Going Too Far by Jennifer Echols
Grendel by John Gardner
The General in His Labyrinth by Gabriel García Márquez (I had to get this after reading Looking for Alaska)
Bought some more:
I found these at a used bookstore in like new condition!
The Morganville Vampires series #4-8 by Rachel Caine
Five books for $5. Now I just need to get the first three and start the series.

And I bought a bunch of books for giveaways, but you can't know those until I give them away!

I'm so excited to read all of these books! And my shelves are constantly groaning. I'm amazed it's still standing sometimes.

Yeah, I have a feeling that I might need to figure out some sort of method to either get new bookshelves, or figure out some fancy way to make duct tape on a bookshelf look pretty! :)

You know, people do make duct tape dresses for prom nowadays...I'm sure a bookshelf could rock the duct tape look :D
